The course runs over 6 months for Matwork, and a further 3 months for Reformer. We're flexible — you can pause and take time to practise teaching matwork before joining the Reformer course.

Around your lifeWork through the theory online, at your own pace — anatomy, biomechanics, the original Contrology repertoire, observation and planning.
Practical workshops
In studio · PooleFace-to-face workshops at our studios in Poole. Real apparatus, real teaching, real correction — in small groups.
Teaching practice
MentoredSupervised teaching with peer and tutor feedback, plus observation hours in live studio classes.
Assessment
1 weekendA theory exam, a practical teaching assessment and a portfolio. Dawn supports you through every step.
Qualify
Certificate to followYou leave with an internationally recognised Level 3 Pilates qualification and the confidence to step into a class.
